Rising Fury is an active skill that can be learned by Warriors at level 8 and can be ranked up at later levels.
Rising Fury can be performed with a pair of twin swords by the Warrior to deal good damage when at low health.
Originally this skill had 20% damage reduction while it's used. This effect was removed in warrior rework in February 2017. Instead this skill got effect the lower your HP, the more damage is inflicted.[1]
Well, the effect was restored, and skill gained "super armor" effect with 50 % damage reduction while used. It was again nerfed in patch v112 in December 2021, after which damage taken while casting is reduced by 25%.[2]
With Awakening patch skill changes (April 2018) Rising Fury gained effect from removed Pounce. It slows down opponents when hit. Hit has no effect on dungeon bosses or BAMs but it's useful in PvP to prevent opponent from escaping. Second hit from skill has chance to knock down enemy. Also while attacking with this skill damage received is again reduced by 50% (with highest level skill).
As of Apex changes still skill is very useful filler skill that also chains to Blade Draw.
Amount of base damage dealt varies dependent on skill rank.
Rank table[]
To upgrade Rising Fury to the next rank, one must find a Tactics Instructor and pay a certain price of gold dependent on rank.
Glyphs[]
Upon getting level 20, glyph points can be allocated on Rising Fury. At level 60, a character has 50 glyph points available to spend on all available warrior glyphs. Most glyphs, specifically common glyphs, are learned automatically, while Master Glyphs must be looted from enemies or bought at a Trade Broker.
