Tactics instructors are a group of NPCs found in every major encampment, they can teach Warriors, Berserkers, Lancers, Slayers and Archers new skills for a small fee.
Tactics instructors are found in almost all towns. However, skills can now learned directly from skill menu, and finding tactics instructor is not necessary anymore.
