Velik's Horn is an active skill that can be taught to humans, elins and poporis at level 12. This skill does not rank up with level.

To learn this skill, one must find the Tactics Instructor for archers, berserkers, lancers, warriors and slayers, and by the Magic Instructor for mystics, priests and sorcerers.

Having Velik's Horn learned means the user will be able to teleport self to Velika every 60 minutes and is requires 5 and a half seconds to cast.
