Velika Consul Office is a place relevant to the administration of guilds. Here, players that are masters of a guild can upload their guild emblem. Skycastles could also be managed from here. The Velika Consul Office is found north of the Plaza of the Huntress.

It was originally required that players visit the Velika Consul Office when they wished to create a guild, but players can now create a guild by accessing the guild window (Default: G). The NPCs that handled guild creation can no longer be found in Velika Consul Office. The removed NPCs are: Litron [Guild Manager], Rachia [Adjutant], and Jorian [Election Registrar].
